Returns
Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Product Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Eligible Products: Only new and undamaged rugs are eligible for return. Custom-made or clearance items may not be eligible.
Return Method & Shipping
By Mail Only: We accept returns by mail. We do not accept in-store or drop-off returns.
Return Label: To initiate a return, please email us at conexxokidscarpets@gmail.com, or call us 786-523-9656 with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applies.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
